What is the Lite Buyer's Cash Rebate Program?

Choose Real Estate Lite as your agency for the search and purchase of your home.  At closing, we rebate you 1 ½ %  of the final price of your home. Specifically, we share with you half the commission we earn from seller for bringing the buyer and selling their home. Most often, sellers offer 3%. In the case that they offer less, we will retain 1.5%. Lastly, we do retain a minimum of $3000. Therefore, if the commission is only $5000, your rebate would be $2000.
