What is the Lite Buyer's Cash Rebate Program?

Choose Real Estate Lite as your agency for the search and purchase of your new home.  At closing, we rebate you 1%  of the final price of your home. Specifically, we share with you the commission we earn from the seller for bringing the buyer and selling their home. Most often, sellers offer the buyer’s agent a 3% commission – 3% of the final sales price of the home. Real Estate Lite shares this commission with their buyers by providing buyers with a 1% rebate at closing.   We do retain a minimum of $3000.  Therefore, if our total commission earned is less than $4500, your rebate will be reduced accordingly.  However, we strive to provide all buyers with a minimum rebate of $500.

Real Estate Lite is similar to your traditional real estate agencies.  We take our home buyers out on home tours, analyze prices, assist in making offers, review inspections, juggle paperwork, and work to ensure a smooth and timely closing.  The main way we differ is our buyers take an active role in the home buying process by searching for and identifying the homes they are interested in.  We provide them the tools to search online effectively and efficiently.  Once they have identified homes they are interested in seeing, and prior to Lite taking the home buyer out on home tours, we ask that they drive by the home to see it from the outside.  After this point, Real Estate Lite looks like most other agencies.
