Linda was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented.  She holds herself to a very high standard of personal integrity.  She analyzed all the data meticulously, as well as input from me regarding what was most important to me (more work on the appearance in order to raise value vs. less work and asking a lower price), to help me determine an asking price I was comfortable with that would also get the results we were looking for.

Though I still paid the buyer’s agent 3%, Linda saved me $3,500 off the traditional 6% real estate commission.  No other broker service I know of even holds a candle to Real Estate Lite.
