Real Estate Lite Company Overview

Real Estate Lite was launched in April of 2008 as a modern alternative to the traditional real estate approach.

Real Estate Lite’s mission is simple:  To lower the cost of buying and selling a home.  We do this by involving the client in the process.

With our professional guidance, Lite clients are actively involved in the real estate process creating a synergy that enables reduced fees to sell and cash rebates when buying.  We are an innovative and efficient real estate agency operating with substantially lower costs resulting in direct savings to our clients.

Home Sellers – We offer two different approaches to selling your home:

  •  Full Service: We charge a low commission of 1 ½% as compared to the traditional 3% of the final home sale price. Instead of a traditional 3% commission or $9,000 on a $300,000 home, the Real Estate Lite fee is $4500.  (It is recommended that you offer a commission to the buyer's broker of 2.5 to 3%.)
  • Limited Service: We charge a flat fee of $395 to market your home on the Triad MLS, Listingbook.com and the popular real estate website Realtor.com. (It is recommended that you offer a commission to the buyer's broker of 2.5 to 3%.)

Home Buyers - We rebate one-third of the commission we earn from the seller of the home you are buying. For example, Real Estate Lite rebates $3,000 on a $300,000 home purchase as compared to the traditional real estate agency that gives no rebate.

We pride ourselves in providing top-notch real estate services to both home buyers and sellers at reasonable rates.

In order to provide you with superior service while also providing you with drastic savings, we’ve worked to trim out inefficient and antiquated processes from the traditional real estate office. We’ve also developed the Triad’s most robust real estate website allowing anyone to easily perform a thorough search of homes for sale along with other interesting data like: how many days the home has been on the market, the last sales price of the home, recent sales in the neighborhood, and even the estimated value of the home. These tools are coming soon to our site, this summer.
