Discounted Full Service MLS Program

Real Estate Lite’s full service seller’s program differs little from a traditional service. The main difference is the cost. As your seller agent, we charge an upfront fee of $500 and 1 ½% at closing. Our fee does not vary by the size or price of your home. Compare our fee to the traditional agency that charges 3% of the final sales price of your home. Specifically, here’s what’s included:

    • Listing in the MLS is essential to get the exposure needed to market and sell your home to buyers in today’s market.
    • Feeds directly into Realtor.com, the Triad’s popular internet site for home searches.

  10. Pricing Strategy
    • Review and discussion of recent past home sales.
    • Review and discussion of current home listing.
    • Work with seller to choose best pricing alternative given goals and market conditions.
  11. Net Out Projections
    • Real Esate Lite will project out your money after closing (after the sale of your home) based on various selling prices and all the expected various closing costs.
  12. Sale Review Update:
    • Formal updates regularly reviewing neighborhood activity including new homes on market, homes pending sales, homes sold.
    • Summary of your home showings and buyer feedback.
    • Review of your sales strategy to determine if any modifications should be made.
  13. Negotiation of all offers to purchase.  
    • Full review and discussion of all offers to purchase.
