How are We Able to Give Rebates?

Most people selling a home offer a buyer’s agent a commission for bringing the buyer to their home and completing the sale of their home. In the Triad area, this commission is traditionally between 2.5% and 3.0% of the final sale price of the home.

As your buyer’s agent, we commit to share this commission with you. At closing we will distribute part of the commission we earned to you.

Each home listed in the Triad MLS notes the commission rate the seller is offering the buyer’s agent. Prior to making any offer, we can quickly calculate what your rebate would be on a specific house.

We do have a minimum fee of $3000. Therefore, if the full commission is less than $4500, we will rebate you the commission less $3000.  We do strive to provide a minimum rebate of $500 to all buyers.
