Lite Cost Efficiency

Simply put, our costs of operating are substantially less than traditional real estate agencies.  Below we list some of the ways we have been able to reduce our operating costs while maintaining top-notch service:

  1. Our goal is to do business paperlessly. Saving paper means saving time and money. We conduct business electronically as much as possible.
  2. Our home finder tool empowers you with information. You’ll have access to the most complete information about homes in the Triad region. Information that will assist you in assessing what homes are available, what they are selling for, how long they’ve been on the market, what they sold for recently, and more. Information that you won’t find on other realtors sites. Information that is critical in buying or selling a home. (Coming summer 2008).
  3. We ask our buyer clients to pre-screen potential homes.  Prior to touring a home with a RE Lite agent, we request you drive through the neighborhood and by the home.  This step greatly reduces the number of homes that the buyer will want to view from the inside. 
  4. We ask our seller clients to hold their own open house and to keep their brochure boxes full. 
  5. We are a company without expensive commercial office space to maintain.  We do have a main office where we meet clients by appointment-only.
  6. We limit our marketing and advertising expense by relying on high internet search rankings, word of mouth, and other low cost advertising approaches as compared to the traditional large real estate agencies. We simply have trimmed down this expense in our business and rely on our excellent service and reasonable pricing to grow our business.
